Alto Bajo is next door to the Hi-Lo Hotel, which is a couple miles north of Osprey Apartments in SW PDX. They’re the reason that the best burger and fries in Portland are living downtown in the Pine Street Market! Plus, they’ll deliver the goods to you, right in you own home.
